Luna Beach House is located in one of Hollywood, Florida’s most peaceful and conveniently located residential neighborhoods, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. You’ll be minutes from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, with easy access to Young Circle ArtsPark, Gulfstream Park, Aventura Mall, and Downtown Hollywood. Local restaurants, cafés, and shops are just a short drive away.
Rules
1- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and must be present during the entire stay. Max Occupancy is 2, including visitors.
2- A valid government-issued photo ID and a $100 refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in. The deposit is released after check-out.
3- No smoking, vaping, or drug use. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am per city ordinance. Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 11am.
4- Pet Rules: House-trained pets only. All pets must be pre-approved. Maximum 2 pets per reservation. Pet fees apply.
5- Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and a $300 penalty.
6- Children 2 years and older count as guests.
7- Only guests listed on the pre-arrival form may stay overnight. Overnight visitors not included will incur a $100 fee per night.
8- Total guests must not exceed the maximum property capacity.
9- Booking guest is responsible for all guests and visitors.
10- Violation of rules may lead to reservation termination and eviction without refund.
